NO!  It’s the same listing you’d get with a traditional Realtor. You’ll save thousands of your equity. You get the same MLS exposure and nationwide syndication, but you pay a flat fee instead of a percentage listing commission. You can still sell by owner and avoid a buyer’s agent commission. If a buyer’s agent brings the buyer, they will expect compensation, usually 2–3%, negotiated when the offer comes in.
