Can I list my home on UPMLS with a flat fee?
Yes. As a UPAR direct member in Marquette, Kermath Realty lists properties directly on the Upper Peninsula MLS.

Is this different from a traditional Marquette listing agent?
Yes!  You'll save thousands of your hard earned equity! Additionally, you get the same MLS exposure and nationwide syndication, but you pay a flat fee instead of a percentage commission. You still have the right to sell by owner and avoid a buyer's agent's commission. If a buyer's agent brings you the buyer, they will expect compensation, usually 2-3% but you would negotiate that when the offer comes in.

How fast does the listing go live?
Most listings are input and live on UPMLS within 24 hours after we receive your paperwork and photos.

Does the listing show up on Zillow and Realtor.com?
Yes. UPMLS listings automatically syndicate to Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin, and many other major sites.

What about signs, lockboxes, and showings?
I mail the sign and lockbox right after you sign up. Our sign is designed to route any for sale by owner leads direct to you with the QR code on the sign.
