How our Flat Fee Program works


We can cut your REALTOR® fees in half and possibly more when you sell with us! We do lease listings as well.

Our Flat Fee MLS Listing is the exact
 same thing as listing with a 6% REALTOR®. (NOTE: Commissions are negotiable by law, any specific amount we use is for an example purpose only).  We are REALTORS® that charge less for the same service, same websites, same marketing, and have the experience to help you in tricky situations. So why pay 6%, when you can get the same, for a lot less money? We have been in business since 1998, with a proven track record. Many of our clients say that we are more knowledgeable than most 6% agents they have worked with in the past. We have done 1000's of sales!

We charge a flat fee to list your property (see listing packages) and you offer a 2%-3% commission to the buyer's agent (ideally 3% so they won't avoid you). You can also sell your property to someone not represented by an agent, and NOT pay the buyer agent commission ... Perfect for "For Sale By Owners" (FSBO) and all property sellers.

6% agents will let you sell your property as a "FOR SALE BY OWNER", but with one big catch. If you do sell FSBO, you will normally owe that agent 6%. With us, if you sell FSBO, you will not have to pay a commission, because there is not a buyer's agent. However, we are still here to help you with the transaction, even in a FSBO situation.

Why is flat fee listing the best way to sell? The main key to selling a property, is the list price. Flat Fee Listing allows you to offer your property at a competitive price, increasing the likelihood of selling. If someone buys from you directly, you will not even have the expense of a buyer agent, saving you even more money!
